How to prepare

 

NO THAWING: Cook from frozen.
DEEP-FRY: Deep-fry fillets in pre-heated oil at 350°F for 4-5 mins.
BAKE: Bake fillets in pre-heated oven at 425°F and flip halfway through for 18-20 mins.
AIR-FRY: Air-fry at 375°F for 12 mins and then flip and air-fry for 4 more mins.
Cook until internal temperature reaches minimum of 165 °F.
Storage

Keep frozen (-18°C) until ready to cook.
