Our sweeteners are sourced locally from our partner coconut farmers, empowering and supporting their livelihood.

Enjoy in beverages (hot, iced, or blended), or as an added ingredient in baked goods and frozen desserts. To make a creamy Matcha Latte: Stir until smooth 1.5 tsp The Superfood Grocer Matcha Powder and 2 tbsp The Superfood Grocer Organic Coconut Sugar in 1/4 cup hot water (You may also use a bamboo whisk and whisk vigorously). Add 3/4 cup non-dairy milk, such as nut or soy milk, and stir. Add ice for an iced version, or use hot milk for a hot version. Adjust sweetness to taste. Enjoy!
