1. Dairy-Free Vegan Cheese Sauce
Ingredients:
500g potato, peeled and cubed
150g carrot, peeled and cubed
6 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
1/2 reserved vegetable water
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt, to taste
Instructions:
In a pot, boil potatoes and carrots for around 10-15 minutes or until softened.
Reserve 1/2 of water used to boil the vegetables
In a food processor, pulse or combine vegetables and the rest of the ingredients until it reaches a cheesy consistency
Snack and Enjoy!
2. Cheesy Nacho Overload
Ingredients:
2 cups nacho chips
1/2 cup SFG cheese sauce
2 tomatoes, diced
1/4 cup olives
1 tbsp sliced jalapeno
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F
In baking sheet or pan, line nacho chips in a single layer, and bake for about 5 minutes
In a serving plate or bowl, scatter half of the nacho chips. Sprinkle half of the toppings (tomato, onions, olives, jalapeno). Add the other half of the nacho chips, and sprinkle remaining topings.

3. Vegan Mac & Cheese
Ingredients:
250g uncooked elbow pasta
1 cup SFG cheese sauce
2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Paprika (for topping)
Instructions:
Cook pasta according to packaging instructions.
In a pan, bring cheese to a simmer
Mix in cooked pasta, cheese sauce, salt, and nutritional yeast. Stir.
