|How to Prepare||
The secret to tempeh done right is to steam before marinating and cooking. s
To prepare: Steam until tender (about 20 minutes) before marinating. Marinate in soy sauce (or tamari), calamansi juice, and garlic for tanigue-style or in barbecue sauce before grilling or cooking. Cook Tempeh by grilling, frying, steaming, sauteing to create your favorite dish. Can also use in our Vegan Siomai recipe, Lumpiang Shanghai recipe, and in stews and curry.

Tempeh can be stored frozen for up to 6 months. Simply defrost before cooking or place in hot water to defrost faster.
Keep frozen. Thaw or chill before cooking. Brown spots are normal.
